Terms and Conditions
- Payment and Delivery: Payment for digital photography services must be made in full at the time of ordering. Digital orders will be delivered electronically to the customer's email address provided at checkout.
- No Refunds or Exchanges: All digital orders are final upon delivery. Images 4 Kids Frisco does not offer refunds or exchanges for digital orders.
- Credit Card Disputes: In the event of a credit card dispute, the customer agrees to contact Images 4 Kids Frisco first to attempt to resolve the issue. If a chargeback is initiated without contacting Images 4 Kids Frisco, the customer agrees to pay all fees associated with the chargeback.
- Authorization: By providing credit card information, the customer authorizes Images 4 Kids Frisco to charge the provided credit card for the total amount due for digital photography services.
- Accuracy of Information: The customer is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date credit card information. Images 4 Kids Frisco is not responsible for any charges or fees resulting from inaccurate or outdated information provided by the customer.
- Changes to Terms: Images 4 Kids Frisco reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes via email or through the Images 4 Kids Frisco website (http://images4kids.com/frisco).
- Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Texas, USA.
By placing an order with Images 4 Kids Frisco, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
